For those of us who still adore the former Disney star, we’re all excited to learn via Instagram that she is finally releasing her new album, Revival.  The only problem, it’s not going to be released until October 9th!

It might not seem like a big deal to those who aren’t fans of Selena or are only casual fans of her music.  While I’m not a crazed fan, y’all need to remember that it’s been two years since she released Stars Dance back in July of 2013 and since then she’s only released two new singles – The Heart Wants What It Wants and Good For You.  So I’m pretty excited to hear what she has planned for this new album.
