2017 Reading Challenge

Alongside my goal of reading 40 books for the year, I want to do 15 of those within a Reading Challenge like the ones you can find on Pop Sugar and such.  I spent some time checking out this year’s new challenges and past years to get some ideas for what I wanted to do for mine.  I know it’s only fifteen, but since I’m planning on reading 40 books this year I wanted to have some free range with my choices.

Plus, I do want to reread the Harry Potter series.

2017 Reading Challenge
  1. A book that’s been on your TBR list for way too long (The Third Twin)
  2. A book with two or more authors (Living Among Lions)
  3. A book published in 2017 (Goodbye Days)
  4. A book you’ve read before (Harry Potter)
  5. A book by an author from a country you’ve never visited (The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend)
  6. A book that’s more than 500 pages (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire)
  7. A book written by someone you admire (Shaken)
  8. A book you bought on a trip (Saint Anything)
  9. A book you bought at a used bookstore (The Mark)
  10. A book set in your home state (Endgame)
  11. A book published before you were born (The Outsiders)
  12. A genre you rarely read (The Circle)
  13. A book from the library (The Statistical Probability of Love At First Sight)
  14. A book you should’ve read in school (The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde)
  15. A book chosen for you by a family member/friend/spouse (Val’s Prayer)

And here’s a photo with the challenge for anyone who wants to do this with me!
