Two years ago I wrote a blog post giving you a tour of my room when we moved into our current home.  Though I’m pretty sure we’ll be moving by this time next year, I’m still loving my room enough to do an updated room tour!  And I might as well do it while I still have this room.

Not too much as changed in the past two years.  I still have the same furniture, bed-set, photography light, etc.  The only thing that’s really changed in my room is the new bookshelf and a few new items hanging around.  On my dresser, instead of plain and simple now, I have a tiny little TV and a NES for when I get hit with nostalgia and want to play Super Mario Bros 3, Duck Hunt, or Dr. Mario.

Right next to my dresser now is that new bookshelf I mentioned.  As my book inventory has grown immensely over the last two years, I knew it was time to get a new bookshelf, and this time I wanted a large, white one.  I realize I could be using the top shelf for setting up books the proper way, but I like the little display I have going on there too much at the moment.

Then of course, my desk and other bookshelf.  Only the arrangement of my items on top of each have changed and the bulletin board above my desk that wasn’t there before.  It makes it easier for me to write notes and leave them there (like blog post ideas) and keep track of dates.

So again, not much has changed in the last two years, but for anyone who has followed my blog since my last Room Tour post… now you have an inside look where some of my better ideas come to me and where I do most of my blogging/photography work.
