Two years of stress, tears, and work have come to an end. I am done with graduate school! I submitted my final assignments earlier this morning and I’m beyond relieved!
There have been some easy times and some times when I really thought that I would not finish. Two years went by pretty fast, though at first it seemed like it would take forever to get through the program. But now it’s over and all I have to do is wait for grades to come in.
The coolest thing is that commencement takes place on my birthday. I mean, I won’t be going because I’m not traveling halfway across the country to walk across a stage only for them to mail me my degree anyway, but you can bet I’ll be wearing my old graduation hat all day long!
And for the record… I totally took some papers and threw them up in the air, just because.
