It’s come to my attention that it has been nearly two weeks since my last post where I reviewed the new Disney movie Disney Descendants.

Well, it didn’t just come to my attention… I’ve actually been thinking about it all week.  I hate that I just went off the map for the past two weeks, I honestly had no intention of doing so, but life just happens when you least expect it.  One of those things being that the top case (keyboard) of my MacBook Pro was malfunctioning, so it is currently out to get that fixed and I’m writing this post on an old Toshiba laptop running on Windows 7 (and for those of you who do not know, I despise using any Windows operating system that came after Windows XP).

So I believe I mentioned at least once or twice (maybe three times…) that I was going to be moving fairly soon.  I’m happy to finally announce that as of last night my mom and I are officially moved into our new place, and my friend will be following us in shortly.  It’s been quite the long week moving things and living between two houses… that’s the beauty of moving to a new place in the same town I suppose.

Speaking of living in the same town, this is now my 8th home in this town in my 24 years of life.  I’ve never moved out of town… just all around it (though my mom and I did manage to live in one neighborhood for 11 years straight, just in 3 different homes).  I’m hoping that my 9th home will at least be out of town, if not out of state.  Of course, this won’t be for at least another year or two.

Out of the three bedrooms in our new home, mine is the only one entirely set up.  My mom’s set has yet to come in, and like I mentioned, my friend hasn’t moved in yet.  I have to say, I am literally in love with my room.  The only thing I really need to do to finish off my room is build my new bookcase, which will happen later today, and hang up some wall art as well as my shiny new Bachelor’s degree.

So, I apologize for just disappearing for nearly two weeks – again, I had no intention of doing so.  It just happened.  Hopefully once my MacBook is back and functioning properly I’ll be back on a regular posting schedule.  Also, for the record, I do intend on doing a house tour post so y’all can see the new place, I’m just waiting for us to be completely settled in and finish getting some furniture for the dining room and bedrooms.
