I had a good topic for today’s post: writing about how I came up with the name of my blog – orangeowldiaries. Then I realized I wrote about this a year and a half ago. At least I realized this before I wrote an entirely new post on the same topic!
Then I had a new idea, why not give some of my old posts some love? Including the one about my blog name. I’ve gone through my blog and here are ten posts that I think are pretty good ones that don’t get old as the times go on. Or they’re just some ones that I really enjoy.
Behind My Blog Name – Obviously I’m sharing this one because it was my original idea for today. Plus I think it’s fun to learn about how a blogger came up with their blog name.
Meeting a Celebrity, or Two – This was one of my favorite experiences, since I had never been to Comic-Con before. I got to experience it on a smaller scale, meet one of my favorite actors, and get paid for it!
Realization – Because, even though I’m only two weeks shy of 26, I still can’t believe I’m an adult.
My 214th Chance at Life – I feel like this is a good one to share because it’s a part of who I am, and because I just went to see my cardiologist yesterday and he said I should not need any surgery to repair the wall they built in my heart – thank you Lord!!!
Common Problems of Being Short – This one never gets old, because some of us never get taller!
How Best Friends Came To Be – A little story about how I my best friend and I became, well, best friends.
Books vs. eBooks – Because this argument never gets old.
7 Places to Visit in Vermont – Vermont is a large state, but here are some places you should visit if you find yourself up near the Burlington/Stowe area.

I have to admit, going back and looking on some old posts was actually fun. Sometimes I forget how long it’s been since I wrote certain ones… it kind of comes as a shock and it makes me realize how quickly time goes by. We really can’t waste a second of life, can we?

Nice idea to go back to see older posts, and realize how much time has gone by. I’ll enjoy reading some of yours that I missed the first time around. :)
What a great idea looking back on old posts. I think it’s good to look back sometimes and see how things like my writing has improved or if my written voice has changed at all. It is crazy how fast time flies though!

I’m shorter than you so I can understand some of your problems with being short but you know, I think anyone who is over 5 feet is tall to me so you’re luckier than me

I deleted some of my older ones from 2012 when I started this blog. I wish I hadn’t. If anything, I should’ve just made the posts private if I didn’t want them out for everyone to see anymore. Oh well, the past is past.
